A statement, subject to penalties for perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or are acting on behalf of the intellectual property owner.

Upon receiving such notification, we reserve the right to take the following measures: remove or block access to the allegedly infringing content; disconnect all links pointing to the content; notify the alleged infringer that access to the relevant content has been removed or blocked; terminate access to and use of Bazaarleap services by users or third parties who repeatedly infringe on the intellectual property rights of Bazaarleap or others, or handle the matter in accordance with other provisions of our Terms of Use or Policies.
